Orchestre à l’École association celebrates ten years at the Olympia

Six Orchestras from all over France were selected to participate in this anniversary party to celebrate this milestone in the history of the association. For more than two hours the 190 young amateur musicians delivered a musical performance and a show of a very high quality.

Placed under the patronage of Sandrine Bonnaire in front of more than 1600 spectators, the musical evening convinced us once again of the incredible benefits of learning music among young people. The primary goal of building self-confidence is meaningful when you see the great results you’ve achieved.
Few figures: Currently more than 36,000 students, a quarter of them in priority areas, benefit from the financial support of the association and the educational assistance of the local conservatories. The provision of a musical instrument amounts on average to 65 Euros per pupil and per school year. It is therefore a reasonable and very effective proportional investment.
